25-0353 Hydrolux End Grain Sealer is a professional water-based clear end grain sealer developed to help prevent moisture ingress through exposed timber end grain. Designed to protect vulnerable areas of exterior timber, it helps improve the long-term performance and durability of coating systems by reducing the risk of water absorption at cut ends and exposed edges. Suitable for use with both Hydrolux and Ankolux coating systems, it provides an essential layer of protection for timber windows, doors, joinery, and other exterior timber components.

Ideal Applications
Ideal for protecting exposed timber end grain, cut edges, and vulnerable construction details on timber windows, doors, exterior and interior joinery, and plywood components. Suitable for softwood, hardwood, Accoya®, Tricoya®, and other engineered timber products where additional moisture protection is required.
Application & Drying
Apply by brush to clean, dry timber end grain, working the product thoroughly into the exposed fibres to ensure complete coverage. The sealer can be applied before or after priming, depending on the coating specification. One coat is generally sufficient, although two coats are recommended for Accoya® to achieve optimum protection. Follow the technical data sheet for full application guidance and drying information.
