When Will I Receive My Order?
All webshop orders placed by 12 pm will be processed the same day. We strive to deliver the next working day wherever possible.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
Currently, we deliver throughout mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands.
Need a Specific Colour?
If you require a colour that hasn’t been matched before, there may be a short delay while we create a custom formulation. Depending on complexity, this can take over 24 hours. Click here to request a colour match.
Which Courier Do You Use?
We use APC for most smaller orders and The Pallet Network (TPN) for larger orders delivered securely on pallets.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. After dispatch, we’ll provide a APC tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.
What If My Goods Arrive Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us here, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
