Return Policy

All the information you need to return your products.

How Can I Return an Order?

If you've ordered the wrong product or purchased too many items, returning them is simple. You can return any unused painters' supplies within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please Note: Custom-made paint (i.e., paint mixed to a specific colour) cannot be returned as it falls outside the right of withdrawal.

Steps to Return Your Items:

  1. Submit Your Return Request:
    Send an email to sales@ankerstuy.co.uk to initiate your return. Please include your order confirmation email for reference.
  2. Specify the Products for Return:
    If you’re returning multiple items, clearly list each product you wish to return.
  3. Approval and Return Form:
    Once your request is approved, we will send you a return form. Complete the form and email it back to sales@ankerstuy.co.uk.
  4. Ship the Return Package:
    Include a printed copy of the return form in your package, and send it to the address below:

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Please note that returns for custom-mixed paint (“colour match paint”) are only accepted if an incorrect product was provided.
