17-0699 Hydrolux Impregnation is a professional water-based timber impregnation treatment developed to provide deep substrate protection before the application of exterior wood coating systems. Designed for timber windows, doors, cladding, exterior joinery, and engineered timber components, it penetrates the timber to improve durability, enhance coating performance, and create the ideal foundation for subsequent Hydrolux primers and topcoats. Suitable for a wide range of softwood and hardwood species, including Accoya® and Tricoya®, it forms the first stage of a complete exterior timber protection system.

Application & Drying

Apply to clean, dry timber using flowcoat, dipping, saturation spray, or brush application methods. Hydrolux Impregnation is designed to penetrate the timber substrate and should always be used as the first stage of a complete exterior coating system.
