25-0350 Ankolux Sealcompound K is a professional one-component water-based high-build sealing compound developed to seal vulnerable timber areas before coating. Ideal for timber edges, end grain, window frame joints, plywood, and other exposed timber details, it provides excellent adhesion, impact resistance, and long-lasting protection where additional reinforcement is required. Its fast-drying formulation allows rapid overcoating and helps improve the overall durability and performance of both Ankolux and Hydrolux exterior coating systems.

Ideal Applications

Ideal for sealing timber window frames, exterior joinery, exposed timber edges, end grain, plywood edges, and other vulnerable construction details before coating. Suitable for softwood, hardwood, Accoya®, Tricoya®, and engineered timber where additional sealing and reinforcement are required.

Application & Drying

Apply by brush to clean, dry, and properly prepared timber surfaces. Pay particular attention to exposed edges, end grain, joints, and plywood surfaces where additional protection is required. Two coats are recommended for optimum performance before overcoating with compatible Ankolux or Hydrolux coating systems. Follow the technical data sheet for the recommended application guidance and drying schedule.
