Ideal Applications

Ideal for timber windows, doors, exterior joinery, and other exterior timber components manufactured from extractive-rich hardwoods such as oak, iroko, utile, sapele, and meranti. Recommended where additional substrate isolation is required to minimise tannin bleed and discolouration, particularly beneath darker coloured topcoats.

Application & Drying

Apply to clean, dry, and properly prepared timber surfaces using suitable spray equipment. Hydrolux ISO Primer Grey is specifically formulated for timber species prone to tannin and extractive bleed and should be incorporated into the coating system where enhanced substrate isolation is required.
