40-071X Ankocryl Interior Clear Lacquer is a premium water-based self-sealing clear lacquer developed to enhance and protect interior timber while preserving its natural beauty. Suitable for interior joinery, furniture, cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, staircases, and other interior woodwork, it delivers excellent scratch, abrasion, and household chemical resistance with a smooth, non-yellowing finish. Designed for professional interior wood finishing, it provides a durable, high-quality clear finish that enhances the natural character of the timber.

Ideal Applications
Ideal for interior doors, joinery, furniture, cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, staircases, stair components, MDF, and other interior timber surfaces. Suitable for softwood, hardwood, and most commonly used timber species where a durable clear finish that preserves the natural appearance of the wood is required.
Application & Drying
Apply to clean, dry, and properly prepared timber using suitable spray equipment. Two to three coats are recommended depending on the desired finish. The lacquer is touch dry in approximately 30–45 minutes and can typically be overcoated after around 2 hours. Suitable for force drying, it allows a complete three-coat system to be applied within a single working day. Follow the technical data sheet for the recommended application guidance and drying schedule.
