How can I return an order?

Have you ordered the wrong product or too many items and do you want to return it? That is not a problem at all. You can always return purchased painters' supplies within 14 days from the moment the products are delivered to you. Below you can read how the return works. Please note: paint that is made on colour cannot be returned, this is a customised product and therefore falls outside the right of withdrawal.

What you need to do:

You can send an email to [email protected] to submit the return request. We would like to ask you to add the order confirmation email. Do you want to return more than one product? Also, let us know which products you want to return. We then assess your request. If the return request has been approved, we will send you a return form. Send the completed form back to [email protected]. You can now return the package including a printed return form to the address below:

Who pays the return costs?

The return costs are borne by the buyer.

When will I get my money back after the return?

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return. We cannot accept returns for any ‘colour match paint’, unless we have provided the wrong product.
